Japanese photography book by Kenichi Murata, exploring the image of Kannon (the Buddhist bodhisattva of compassion) through staged fine-art photography. Inspired by Murata's long-standing fascination with Buddhist sculpture, the book presents a dreamlike and symbolic vision of “Kannon” through a series of carefully composed photographs.
All models featured in this photo book are adults.
