This is an unofficial card distributed as a prize for a lottery game at a festival stall. In Japan, these cards are known as “Yatai (Stall) Rare.” Unlike the standard version, this card features a distinctive gold foil-stamped lightning bolt design in the background. With very few known examples surviving, it is a rare collector’s item that seldom appears on the market.
